2008 LIUFF OFFICER ELECTIONS
The officers of the Long Island University Faculty Federation are elected for two year terms with terms to start on June 1, 2008.   Ballots were distributed during the week of April 14th and were due no later than May 1.
Ballots were counted at 4:00 pm, May 5, 2008 in the journalism lounge.  Signed outer envelopes were verified against a list of all dues paying members, the inner envelopes were seperated and opened and then the ballots were counted.
A total of 89 ballots were cast out of 411 eligible voters, with 3 ballots deemed ineligible by the election committee due to irregularities
